More than five years in the market, Brainfarma is already one of the leaders in its line of business. The company occupies the 10th position in invoicing and 12th in volume of units sold in the Country1. Since its foundation, it presents high rates of expansion, many times above the sector average. Between 2005 and 2006, the company had a growth of 56% in the income and an increase of 50% in the volume of units sold. Brainfarma products have national distribution and are present in the main pharmacies and networks of drugstores in the Country, thanks to an efficient network of sales, logistics and distribution.

Brainfarma is affiliate to Associação Brasileira das Indústrias de Medicamentos Genéricos (Pró-Genéricos) [Brazilian Association of the Industries of Generic Medicines], nonprofit professional association that gathers the main laboratories of production and commercialization of generic medicines in the Country.
